These terms describe use of Tamias Duo, a personal AI assistant operated by Denis Duvauchelle. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact desduvauchelle@gmail.com with questions.

Using the service

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to use any account, content, or service you connect. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share access in a way that exposes another person’s information. Do not use Tamias for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, or interference with the service.

Your content and connected accounts

You keep your rights to content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having permission to submit content and to perform actions on connected accounts.

Google and other integrations are optional and governed by their providers’ terms as well. You can disconnect them. Removing a connection does not undo actions already taken, erase previously sent messages, or automatically remove content saved in Tamias.

AI assistance and actions

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review important outputs, recipients, and requested actions. Tamias is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice. You remain responsible for decisions and the instructions or automations you authorize.

Availability and costs

Tamias is an evolving service and features may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular result. Any paid offering must disclose its price and conditions separately before purchase. Third-party services or API keys you supply may incur charges under your own agreements with those providers.

Ending use

You may stop using Tamias and request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
